Payment of Fees

Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.  We accept payment by eftpos, visa and mastercard, also cash (exact amount only) and cheques.  

We are now an Affiliated Provider for Southern Cross Health Society.  Please make sure you provide us with your membership number prior to or at your appointment.

All surgery invoices are expected to be paid within one month of invoice date.

Any balance remaining unpaid one month after the date of invoice will attract a fee and may be added to the outstanding balance at the end of each calendar month, up to the actual date of payment.

Any debt collection, legal or other costs incurred in the collection of outstanding amounts will also be payable by you. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment for whatever reason, please call our rooms at the earliest possible time.  We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment, if you do not comply with this you will be charged a fee for this missed appointment.

Furthermore, if the fee for the missed appointment remains unpaid, no further appointments will be made available.

Exceptions may be made to this, but only at the discretion of the Surgeon and Practice Manager.

Zero Tolerance

We have a ZERO tolerance towards bad behaviour.

Anyone who is abusive, threatening or aggressive towards any of our staff members here will be asked to leave.

We endeavour to treat you with politeness and respect and we ask that we are treated the same by our patients.
